Shipping costs The shipping and postage costs within Germany are EUR 5.95 up to a value of EUR 99.99 From a value of goods over EUR 100.00 Velosport Werner Otto GmbH delivers free of charge . This only applies to deliveries within Germany. If, by returning an item, the order value of the order drops below EUR 100.00, the postage amount will become due retrospectively.
For COD deliveries, additional costs of EUR 9.95 for COD charges apply regardless of the value of the goods.
3.Complaints / Returns / Exchanges
If you want to submit an item for complaint, then please contact us beforehand by e-mail or telephone. We then have the opportunity to create an online listing within Germany.
We will try to check the complaint directly in our house. If this is not possible, we must forward the article to the manufacturer. We will notify you again in this case. If you have any questions about your complaint, please contact info@premium-bikeshop.de
For an exchange, please attach a copy of the invoice and a short description of what should be exchanged at your return. We will then deliver the new items free of charge to you, because you have taken over the shipping to us. If there is a balance, we will transfer this back to your account.
To accelerate the process, it would be helpful to label the package with "exchange".

COD deliveries are only possible within Germany. The payment method COD is only possible for orders with a value of goods over EUR 25.00. Regardless of the order value, there are additional costs of EUR 9.95 COD charge.

PayPal: PayPal is an external payment service. Velosport Werner Otto GmbH delivers after receiving the confirmation of the completed payment.

The PayPal payment is integrated into the online shop of Velosport Werner Otto GmbH, but is technically on the secure PayPal servers instead.
The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Invoices submitted by the supplier are due for payment immediately.
