Another highlight is the integration of a battery-operated LED module with bright 180° visibility and battery-free USB charging option. The ventilation was developed according to the needs of everyday commuters.

BOA® SYSTEM
The Boa® system has been seamlessly integrated into our 360° head ring for maximum comfort. With ingeniously simple one-handed operation, fine adjustment can also be made while driving. The Boa® system guarantees a secure and perfect fit in all situations.
FIDLOCK®
Fidlock® technology makes closing the belt buckle even easier. Thanks to the combination of magnetic force and mechanical locking, the Fidlock® buckle closes almost automatically and can be operated with just one hand. Unintentional pinching of the skin is impossible. The closures are highly reliable, robust and secure.
MIPS – Brain Protection System (BPS)
The EPS inner shell of the KED helmets ensures maximum impact absorption in the event of a fall. The MIPS system offers an additional safety feature by reducing the rotational forces acting on the brain. The low-friction shell of the MIPS system allows 10-15 mm of sliding in all directions at an oblique impact angle.
