Exercise bike control:

• ERG Mode: In ERG mode you can use the ELEMNT to set the target power level. As your cadence drops, the KICKR increases resistance to maintain consistent power output regardless of speed.
• Relive Routes: Do you have a favorite route? Are you training for a race? The KICKR uses your ELEMNT's GPS file to automatically change resistance to simulate climbs. Shift and drive like you would on the road.
