The MTB handle
SQlab grips for MTB are primarily characterized by their increased grip security . The slightly angular shape on the front and bottom allows you to hold the handle loosely and at the same time have everything under control.
Of course, the correct ergonomics of the handle also relieves the ulnar nerve and increases comfort.
The clamping comes from Syntace ® and ensures a secure hold on the handlebars while keeping the weight low.
The combination of grip security and comfort was the focus when developing the 710. The preferred area of application is the comfort-oriented mountain bike or the sporty trekking bike. Thanks to the perfect fit, the bicycle handles cut a good figure in both areas. The scope of delivery includes a pair of handles.
The relief wing, which is located far to the outside and pulled down deeply, frees up space for the handle body to be grasped securely in all situations. The raised end of the handle accommodates the outside of the hand and gives the hand support. The inside is higher in level and thus ensures the natural position of the hand. The ulnar nerve and median nerve, as well as the carpal tunnel exit, are thereby specifically relieved.
On the front and bottom, the Ergobar, a wave-shaped elevation on the front and bottom, gives the fingers a secure grip and optimal hold.
During product development, the clamping moved from the outside to the inside. This increases cushioning and comfort on the outside of the hand. The SQlab handle series is therefore no longer compatible with rotary handles.
Different rubber compounds ensure a perfect level of grip and a high level of comfort. We only use the best possible materials. This guarantees you a long service life and no sticking of the rubber grip.
The individual grip width is crucial. The sizes of the 710 handle differ in diameter, length and shape.
The SQlab handle series is free from the following harmful substances:
- PAH – Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (18 pieces in total)
- Phtalates + Propylheptyphthalate
- Nonylphenol
- cadmium
- mercury
- Short-chain chlorinated paraffins
- Flame retardant PBB/PBDE
- BPA – Bisphenol A
- Azo dyes
- Pentachlorophenol (PCP)
- Chromium (VI)
Furthermore, the handles 702, 710, 711 and 70X are latex-free because the thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) used are not based on natural latex.
