The unit consisting of a crankshaft with 28.99 mm axle Ø and bottom bracket is the heart of DUB™ technology. This is where stiffness meets durability. Through the system approach of integrating chainring, crank, shaft and bottom bracket, SRAM has managed to make everything a little easier and better. The inner bearings in particular benefit from greater durability thanks to better sealing against contamination, which is directly reflected in stronger drive performance.
