Description
Description
Type: Disc 33
Compatible to:
- MAGURA MT 5, MT 7
Surface mix: Disc E
- Long-lasting, very durable covering mixture
- very easy dosage of braking force
- high temperature stability for constant braking performance
- Organic lining mixture, low noise and little wear on the rotor
Performance:
- Stopping power: 9/10
- Longevity: 9/10
- Dosability: 9/10
ATTENTION: The brake pads must be run in to achieve optimal braking power and durability
-
1st step: On a moderately steep descent, let the front and rear brakes rub alternately for 20-30 seconds.
Repeat this process 2-3 times. -
2nd step: On a steeper descent, let both brakes rub alternately for 10-15 seconds each and end the braking with an almost complete stop.
Repeat this process 2-3 times. - Pro-Tip: Install the brake pads for the rear brake on the front wheel. Exactly as described above. Then install the pads at the back. Let it grind briefly 2-3 times on a level road. Caution: Before replacing the coverings, be sure to allow them to cool down sufficiently: risk of burns!
Description
Type: Disc 30
Compatible to:
- MAGURA MT 2, MT 4, MT 6, MT 8,
- CAMPOAGNOLO Road Disc
Base compound: Disc RS
POWERFUL AND EVEN BRAKING
Disc RS has powerful braking and offers a balance of performance characteristics important to racers and everyday drivers
- Consistently quiet in use
- Transparent feel on the lever
- Stopping power that is predictable and progressive
- Long life span
QUIET – WHETHER WET OR DRY
Disc RS is extremely quiet under all conditions. The mixture is silent in wet, dry, snow and ice.
ORGANIC BLEND
Sensitive metering, rotor-friendly.
THIN SUPPORT PLATE DESIGN
The carrier plate, which is only 1.6 mm thick and made of a steel alloy, saves weight compared to traditional designs - but still has the advantageous thermal properties as well as the strength and stability of steel.
The thinner carrier plate is equipped with an additional coating mixture and thus extends the life of the disc coating.
BALANCED PERFORMANCE
Disc RS offers a balanced combination of braking performance, durability and extreme quietness under all conditions. This finely tuned pad mixture offers an optimal driving experience compared to other brake pads.
Performance:
- Stopping power: 7/10
- Longevity: 8/10
- Dosability: 9/10
